When guests are planning their tour, they’re in decision mode.

They’re looking at different operators, reviewing tour options, revisiting websites, and figuring out who feels like the right fit.

In this webinar, you’ll learn how to stay in front of those guests while they’re making that decision, so you’re not losing bookings simply because you disappeared during the planning process.

Instead of hoping they come back, you’ll walk away with practical systems that guide, nurture, and convert planning-stage visitors into paying guests.

You’ll leave this session knowing how to:

• Guide visitors toward your most important tours
• Capture interest from guests who aren’t ready to book yet
• Build automated follow-ups that work behind the scenes
• Stay top of mind through strategic email campaigns
• Re-engage website visitors before they book elsewhere

These are the systems that help you turn interest into action without relying on constant manual follow-up or OTAs to close the gap.

Greg Rosenhan

Greg has nearly 15 years of experience in web design, SEO, and user experience—and he’s spent much of that time helping businesses build websites that actually convert. He started his career at FCB Chicago, one of the city’s largest and oldest ad agencies, where he worked as an art director on the Cox Communications account. With a multi-million dollar annual retainer and a wide creative runway, he focused on website design and conversion rate optimization.

After a couple of years in big agency life, Greg moved to North Carolina to join a 12-person startup, where he learned to stretch small budgets and make every pixel count. In 2015, he returned to Utah and joined Resmark Systems, helping design high-performing websites for brands like Western River Expeditions and Moab Adventure Center—while also shaping user experience for Resmark’s booking software and WaiverSign’s digital waiver platform.

Following a two-year stint as Director of Product at Bandwango, Greg rejoined Resmark in 2023. Since then, he’s helped grow the ResmarkWeb client base by 4X through a mix of smart strategy, sharp design, and a deep understanding of how people use the web.

Outside of work, Greg is a proud husband and father of four, often trading screen time for outdoor time with his family.

Nikki DeSantis

Nikki is a digital strategist who helps travel and tour brands stand out in search and connect with their ideal guests online. As the Marketing Director for Resmark SystemsWaiverSign, and ResmarkWeb, she leads the charge on marketing strategy.

Nikki’s journey began as a travel blogger and content creator, where she built a loyal audience and learned firsthand how to turn stories into clicks and clicks into conversions. Today, she applies that same storytelling skillset, combined with SEO knowledge, to help operators rank on Google, get found in ChatGPT, and capitalize on AI search trends.

With a passion for education and providing value, Nikki has worked with several companies to modernize their marketing using tools like AI-driven content, generative engine optimization, and local SEO for tour operators. She understands the challenges that small teams face and creates scalable systems that get results without burning out your staff.

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys running marathons and exploring the world through unforgettable tours and travel experiences.
